Machining Steel

Our machine park is equipped with a number of modern machines such as milling machines, lathes, drills, threading machines, belt grinders. We always choose the technologies to suit Customer’s needs. Our services of machining steel include milling, drilling, threading, bevelling, rolling, boring, deburring. We continuously acquire new machines to enrich our services and respond better to the needs of our Customers.

Threading
HAAS CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, manual lathes, and a pipe thread cutter enable us to make internal, external, metric, and cylinder threads
Bevelling
We use drilling machines, belt grinders and CNC lathes to execute the process of bevelling.
Rolling
Our highly-qualified performers such as turners show great skill in using both CNC lathes, manual lathes to roll both cylindrical and conical surfaces.
Milling
To perform milling processes, we use HAAS CNC milling machine and WAFO manual milling machines.

On completion of your order, we provide you with the professional full technical documentation of the product.
