Punching
Punching is recommended for cutting large series and details with multi-perforation patterns, and a diverse range of shapes or other kinds of wholes, with the use of CNC punching machines. We use advanced modern, sophisticated machines for punching. Our cutting-edge punching units allow us to cut any material without burrs. What is more, we can shape the material in three dimensions.
Our production plant is equipped with three sophisticated punching machines manufactured by company TRUMPF. One of the punch machines is a combi version, which means it is a combination of a punching machine and laser. The machine allows us not only to cut out any detail but also manufacture a diverse range of parts with flexibility by shaping them in any desirable way with the use of laser. In addition to punching, the machine has in-built integrated functions of threading, marking and extruding.

The most advanced machine is multi-functional and apart from cutting it enables to machine material further with a wide range of flexibility due to its integrated functions of threading, engraving, extruding and bending.

Warehouse Storage
Our production plant provides adequate warehouse storage by using Automatic Kasto Warehouse system. The system allows us to operate 8 different cutting machines simultaneously and automatically supply them with the selected material. The warehouse storage capacity is 2412 tonnes of steel and maximum dimensions 1500x3000mm or 1500x4000mm.
