MAG Method
MAG Method of welding is a universal method. It allows to weld different kinds of metals and their alloys in all sorts of positions. The method is virtually used in almost all branches of welding industry and guarantees high productivity of welding.

Robotised stations
PROTECH is equipped with 6 robotised welding stations and has experience in welding construction steel and stainless steel.
Features of the Stations
- Robotised welding stations are supplied with sources of current power of maximum 500A. They are equipped with rotary part positioners to handle the treated details welded in the process.
- The robotised welding is applied to elements of maximum size 800x800x3200mm and weight up to 1000kg, or size 1000x1000x1500mm and weight up to 650kg.
Manual Stations
PROTECH has in its arsenal more than 70 welding stations.
Cechy
- Manual welding stations are supplied with sources of current power of maximum 500A. They are equipped with rotary part positioners to handle the treated details welded in the process.
- Manual welding is recommended for large-sized elements.
