Laser Welding Method
Laser welding method replaces TIG method. This method’s prominent feature is the speed of welding. By choosing an adequate power of laser, it is possible to obtain a full-melt at some greater thickness of the sheets, while attempting the same aim with the TIG technology is impossible.
The method is ideal for:
- application in automation processes of multi-scale models
- steel elements for construction
- production of car parts
- thinner steel with high resistance
- automotive, shipbuilding industry and a railway train sector
- production of small elements

Robotized Stations
PROTECH is equipped with the innovative, sophisticated, state-of-the-art robotised stations for hybrid welding.
Features of the Stations
- The robotised station has laser power of 6 kW. It is also supplied with two rotary part positioners to handle the treated detail.
- The machine enables welding of details of maximum size of 800x800x3200mm and weight up to 1000kg, or size 1000x1000x1500mm and weight up to 650kg.
- The maximum sheet thickness is: 12mm
